Gwenevere "Gwen", was the first pregnant mare we rescued. Left homeless after the Witch Creek Firestorm in 2007, in San Diego County, she had a son in March of 2008.  Gwen lived a long, happy life at the rescue and passed several years ago.  She was the first of many Tenneessee Walking Horses that have come to EqWBR.  This beautiful silver toned horse bookmark has green precious stone heart holding a lock of Gwen's hair.  A touching rememberance of such a sweet horse.  My heart horse!  Handcrafted by Endless Trail Designs.
